Cramping normal?

Okay ladies, I'm 7 weeks and I've been cramping almost half of today where I need to lay down. I know light cramping on and off can be normal, but have any of you experienced this? I lost my first pregnancy at 6 weeks and this is my second so I'm freaking out a little... I do have a UTI I'm getting taken care of tomorrow. Someone please help 😞
