Have you/would you buy this?

Have you or would you buy something like this for your baby to sleep in? I'm hesitant to let my son sleep in it because I don't know how safe it is. Has anybody had any bad experiences with these? Or anything similar?

According to all the safe sleeping standards there should be zero loose bedding, pillows, or blankets in your babies sleeping area. So really the safest way to go is a tight swaddle for newborns and then as they get bigger you use sleep sacks. So I personally would not use anything like this.

One look at this and you can see it doesn't look safe for sleeping but I would buy it to take cute pictures in😂not for sleeping in👎🏾

For an older child, school age maybe. Not for an infant. There are tons of really cute sleep sacks and they're safe. This isn't safe for babies

There seems too much fabric around the head/face area. Bear in mind blankets should only reach up to baby's chest. So seems unsafe to me to have fabric under baby's head where it could be pulled over the face.

I'm a SIDS freak though.

Nope!!! Buy the sleep sacks that have no arms and zip up. They are much safer and will keep baby warm.

I've had a blanket on my baby since day 1..she's fine. I don't put it any higher than her waist either

I would get that for an older child as a fun sleeping bag not for a baby.
