when is too old to have another baby

Question

Currently 39 with 2 kids son almost 5, daughter 1 month old. Obviously won't be trying straight away but in time am thinking about it. Husband is 50. I had always believed that i would stop at 2 regardless of gender. Now just confused. Just seeking other people's thoughts when looking at possibly going from 2 - 3 kids just for discussion at this point. Please no negative thoughts or judgment as you don't have all the information only the age information.🤔

Hi I had my 1st child at 39 1/2 and trying for our 2nd. I'm 41 1/2. Trying to not let my age worry me. I do have a stressful and demand job but trying to balance with excercise and healthy diet. Easier said than done I know sometimes. Just do it and wish for your growing family. Best of luck !!

Age isn't just a number but at 39, that isn't considered too old by most, or at least in my book. Your still at an age to raise and care for your kids into adulthood, to me that's the most important thing👍🏾

I'm 41 and trying for our 2nd baby.  Had my first at 39 1/2.  Physically I'm not worried for myself, it's more the health of the baby and having a hard time TTC the 1st time.  We will see!  Wishing you both the best of luck!  😊

Hi, I'm about to turn 38 in a few weeks & we are ttc #5, personally I wouldn't want to still be trying after 40 simply because my parents had me later in life & I lost both my parents some years ago & I find it a real struggle not having my parents around & miss them dearly, especially with my kids missing out on the grandparent experience (my husband only has his dad left & he's a real dick & doesn't be a real grandad). We are into our 2nd cycle of trying, hoping it happens this month. All the best with everything 😊

I would say early 40's. But if your lucky enough to get pregnant after and it won't harm your health, go for it!

I have been thinking the same question 
I have 3 children ages 13-4 I have recently gotten remarried and we are thinking of another one I am a few weeks from being 39 he is the same age also he has a 3 yr old from his previous marriage 
I am not sure if I am ready for this 🤔

I don't know! I think your life is no ones  business and if you can use your eggs or donor eggs to bring a child into the world at 45 or 40 or whatever age, it doesn't matter. Probably 50s I think women shouldn't be giving birth.
