Could this be a faint line?

Hi everyone! First time posting on here, I took a pregnancy test today, I work night shift (6p-6a)  and took this test after my shift was over. I am on my first cycle of Clomid 50mg. I had positive OPKS from Tuesday-Friday of last week. My ultrasound on Wednesday showed two promising follicles according to my doctor. I am 7 days away from starting my period, and I have had many pregnancy symptoms. Not sure if I'm actually seeing a faint line, just looking for other opinions please. Thank you ladies!
