IDK what I'm feeling is early signs or just sick

Well the past 3 days I've been waking up vomiting and feeling sick cramps and all its crazy I had found out last month I had lost my baby not knowing I was pregnant but this month just been crazy wake up like if they are morning sickness but I took a prego test this morning and it was negative any thoughts please help anyone else went threw this I have 2 live births and I never felt like this dizzy head hurts vomiting everything uh-huh IDK what to do my doc appointment is not for another week
