Triplets or quad mom's? HELLLPPP

Not to discredit my lovely twin moms, but I'm having 4 so I am looking for anyone with a belly as "full" as mine is right now! I'm 23 weeks with the quad girls and went to the hospital Wednesday with painful contractions. On the monitor they were weak but steady and I'm dilated 1-2 cm with no change over an 8 hour period in the hospital so they sent me home. I'm glad because I'm not ready for them to come yet, they probably wouldn't make it BUT I'm in so much pain I cry like 10x a day. My stomach is rock hard no matter what position I'm in. It feels like one constant contraction. My pelvis is starting to separate from SPD and I'm just in a world of hurt. They say they can't do anything until 24 weeks basically but I honestly don't know how to hold on. I feel like my body is giving up and I'm so scared of losing them. My 4 year old was a preemie singleton and I'm amazed I've already made it this far with a uterus measuring 38 weeks. Does anyone have this kind of immense pain and is there ANYTHING that can help get me through this?
