10weeks and sick with cold. dangerous?

I'm so nervous! I'm sick with a cold, and have been for days now. I already have a subchorionic hemorrhage, so I'm pretty anxious about everything as it is. Went to the doctor Wednesday, and all is well with baby. Doc said Tylenol and Benadryl are fine, but everyone is saying no meds until after first trimester. First pregnancy and was never supposed to get pregnant, according to 4 different doctors.
