I just got kicked out of my school's casual dress victory dance for wearing this. Apparently it's not modest? But the cheerleaders and volleyball players can wear little more than underwear??? I don't understand

My highshool never said anything about girls having their asses lol the teachers would pick and choose who got it trouble. But it does show your bra, I'd just move on and not work yourself up over it....because most likely they don't really care if you agree because they implement the rules :p

My schools' dress code says that we can't have holes in our jeans because it's "revealing", but the cheerleaders skirts are so short! And I have underwear that cover the same as the volleyball shorts it's a double standard.  At my school, if you don't do sports, you're not that important in the administrations eyes. And if you don't do sports you better pray that you get all As. You get special treatment if you play sports. Like we aren't allowed to wear yoga pants or leggings if you don't have your shirt covering your ass, but they only enforce it for the kids who don't do sports. I'm pretty close with our principal and he thinks the dress code is ridiculous. He says that its invasion of how people can express themselves.

For you, next time I would wear a skin toned or white cami under it. You would still look fierce and stay in the shitty dress code.

Just wear a tank up under it. It's not right for them to let the cheerleaders and whoever else slide, but it is a rule. There's nothing you can really do about it besides find clothes that match your personal styles and abide by the rules /:

It shows a pretty good portion of your bra... I think of dressing for school like dressing for work. There should be a level of professionality in what we wear to school. That's just my opinion
