Question for C-section mommies

So my c-section scar is 2 yrs old, an I just found out I was pregnant. My question is, is it normal to have cramps an feel more of everything... Or am I being to sensitive? 'cause these cramps are annoying an today I spotted this really light pink just when I wiped. Is all this normal or should I be concerned.. Cause that was my first pregnancy I had to have a C-section. An everything just feels so different an crampy
