fuck my life sent a message I didn't want to send

So me and my bf are fighting. Last things said were by him and they were nasty and really rude/hurtful. So I wasn't going to talk to him. I was writing a txt that I wasn't planning on sending I was just upset and thinking and I fucking accidental sent it. It wasn't something I wanted him to read and I Woul NEVER actually say that to him. I want to crawl in a ball in die. Has anyone ever done this -_- fuck fuck fuck
