Trying not to freak out!! :/

So I have been bleeding/spotting since yesterday. It's not a lot really a lot, but enough that I need to wear a liner and change it at least every couple hours. I called my doc and was basically told that as long as it's not filling up an actual pad not to worry. But we all know how that goes!! :/ I have some cramping but not a lot. But I have been CONSTANTLY fighting bladder infections, and they antibotics give me yeast infections. And the yeast infections ate so bad that monistat dosent clear it up so I get put on other antibotics.... I'm just getting frustrated and I know I'm probably worring for no reason. Just curious to know if anybody is going through anything similar. THANK YOU!!
