Need help

So I have had my second miscarriage. In July just had a normal I guess u would say normal period it was really heavy it lasted 7 days so Nov 17 I started so I should have started 13th but the glow says 15th no sign of pm's but bloating I have been taking these cheap stick tests and they say negitive so confoused. On my pm's now here's a picture just took it today
