Painful hemmohroide

Need help ladys!.....Im 24 weeks an i have a painful hemmoroide that some times itches but mostly always painful. Theres even apart that its painful to the touch! I tried using tucks,but just seam to hurt it more....Wat else can i do in the meanwhile until i can go to the dr? Has/Is someone else feeling me? It sucks that im to the point i want to pop it or something so it can go away :(
