Lately I've been feeling a little bigger and more jiggly than normal. It's most likely because I'm going into my second year of college which means this is officially the longest I've gone without cheer leading "I cheered in high school". My clothes are a bit tighter but still manageable to wear... BUT I HATE THIS FEELING. I also live with my boyfriend and his family never buys any healthy food so my diet has completely changed... AND AGAIN, I HATE IT! I used to always think I was chubby but this is the biggest I've felt yet. I am 5'1 and my weight always fluctuated around 116-125lbs. Now it's safe to say I'm around 130+ . ( I don't even want to think of the actual numbers ). CAN ANYONE HELP ME WITH TIPS TO GET MOTIVATED AND A SOLUTION TO THE FOOD ISSUE (that won't cost me a fortune (I only have a part time job- college student probs) please help me guys I need some inspiration and motivation. So far the only motivation was a 7$ waist trainer from Walmart that showed me how much happier I am when I feel thinner AND the fact that my cute outfits aren't working for me anymore... And I am DEFINITELY NOT going to buy bigger clothes. I CAN AND WILL fit into my old stuff. I just need your help!
