When do they induce?!

I know everyone's doctor will probably vary, and I'm gonna ask at my next appt (I'm 39w tomorrow), but I'm curious if anyone's dr has said how long they will wait after your due date to induce?

Update!!!! I didn't even have to ask today, the dr and nurse both told me they won't let me go past 41 weeks due to risks to the baby! Dr also said they try real hard to wait baby out so the risk of c-section is lower, so let's cross our fingers this little girl decides to come soooooon!! I'm almost 3cm dilated and more thinned so I'm happy about that! And spotting for a couple days now which freaked me out but the dr said that means we are making progress!
