Lovenox Injections during pregnancy

My doctor put me on lovenox injections this past Thursday during My visit for being placed in the hospital. He said I will be on them the entire duration of my pregnancy. He says I have antiphospholipid syndrome and that I need this every day in order to keep my baby. But the fact that the pharmacists didnt want to give me my prescriptions because of the fact that I'm pregnant scares the hell out of me. Plus my stomach is all bruised up like I've been punch numerous times in the stomach. Had anyone else been on this while pregnant? My first pregnancy wasnt like this at all and Idk if I should trust my doctor or get a second opinion.
