Rib pain?

I remember having rib pain in my last pregnancy...but not until well into the 3rd trimester! Anyone else feeling rib pain already? Only 24 weeks. It's a pretty sharp pain pretty much right under my boob on the right side. My little one is measuring 5 weeks ahead...but I still feel like it's too soon for him to be up that far. Not sure what else it could be though. It's been pretty constant for about 24 hours now and I had a hard time sleeping due to it. Haven't found any way to get relief from it either. :(
