Are quifs normal during sex?

I'm 24 and started having sex from 4-5 months and have this little fart like sounds coming out of my vagina many a times.. It seems so weird.. Although me and my partner laugh it off but it's so embrassing for me.. Is there any solution to it? Earlier my vagina was tight but now it's flexible after regular sex.. Could this be a reason?  I really want to know experiences from you ladies! Thanks.. ☺

Queefs are pretty common. They are caused by air being pushed into the vagina by the penis. In my experience they seem to happen more when I am not as wet, so maybe pick up some lube. But definitely Google kegel exercises. Lifesaver, I'm telling ya. And I've been having sex for...7 years at this point.

My husband likes it and I actually pull air in as much as I can and then he pushes in and yea it's like a big fart from the vagina but feels so good, don't be embarrassed at all it normal and do the exersizes to keep tight. I have been having sex for 14 years and an still tight

Yes its normal. Air gets pushed up in there. Then when something penetrates it pushes the air out and makes a queefing sound.

Queefs are normal. Air builds uo in your vagina and then releases. If you feel like your vagina is getting loose, then look up kegel exercises
