What color for nursery??

Alyssa
Hello, we are having a baby boy in 7 weeks and currently have two spare bedrooms. One has been my husbands office and the other has been the guest room, where we had a spare bed for visitors. The office is a bright sky blue (because the people that lived here before us had a baby boy and that was his room), and the guest room is a mellow yellow (that matches the rest of the house). Initially we were going to make the yellow room the nursery because we thought the yellow creates a very calm, soothing environment. However, our friend (who has three boys of her own) suggested we make the blue room the nursery. Her reasoning for this is that the bright blue will help stimulate his eyes and strengthen his eyesight, compared to the yellow. What do you all think we should do? Here's a picture of both rooms right now, with my husbands office & music stuff in the blue room and all of the baby items we have so far in the yellow room (don't mind the mess!):
Note: These rooms are literally right next to eachother, and we have a split wing floorplan so neither one is closer to our room than the other. Also, the yellow room is just very slightly larger than the blue room. Also, we don't have a nursery theme, and are trying to keep everything pretty simple and gender neutral - the crib and dresser are just a dark wood finish, and we plan on hanging a few pictures and decorations regardless of which room we choose.
