Any cycle buddies left with me or anyone in the same boat??

AF was due ladies back on 8/28 . so I'm officially 7 days late. Still no signes of AF, but still having pregnancy symptoms : sore, fuller boobs, bottom gums sensitive & itchy, cramping periodically, bloating, constant burping, etc. Last time I tested was day of period 8/28. Well I didn't think I seen a vvvfl but then I did and so I posted it on here and see some agreed. Well I went and did blood work & a urinalyses Thursday that my general dr had previously ordered from my physical check up, she also ordered a pregnancy check due to my request. Well I'm just so anxious and am wondering if I will have to wait until Tuesday due to the Labor Day? Sorry so long . needed to vent😩
