Feel like failure

Who ever is saying just relax and don't stress is ok you will get pregnant doesn't really know how it is to have 3 best friends pregnant, 2 recently give birth, parents and fiancé parents constantly asking:((( I feel like a failure like not a 100% women.... My heart is breaking when I see my fiancé playing with kids and I can't give that to him;;((
