How predictable is your period?

Mine is pretty damn predictable:

Day one: extreme lower back pain and constant cramps. Spotting to light flow

Day two: no back pain, hardly any cramping, light flow

Day three: hardly any cramping, medium flow

Day four: same as day three

Day five: spotting

It's ALWAYS like this.
