Alcohol advice

Danielle • Engaged to my best friend and first time mother to my precious boy x
So my partner and I are going on our first holiday.... I'll be in the two week wait period... I've just miscarried so I'd really like to let my hair down- not go crazy but just enjoy myself!!
I'm worried on the effects this will have if I have/do conceived? Any advice/opinion welcome xxx Thankyou x
