Ovarian Cyst or Ectopic Pregnancy?

So last month I took clomid and a trigger shot. My body has not been the since. I ovulate on my own so the clomid gave me three small cyst on my right ovaries. My period was only two days. I had a vaginal ultrasound and my lining is 10cm thick. I had faint pregnancy test but the digital I took a week ago said not pregnant. I'm having nausea, headaches, tingling hands and arms when I lay down, tired, cramps, and sore breast still to this day. Has any had this? Could it the very small cyst or could this be an ectopic pregnancy?
