Dizziness

I'm 7 weeks pregnant with my second, I'm going to the doctors at 5 o clock but I'm worried he's just going to dismiss my symptoms as normal pregnancy symptoms ... I know it's normal to be dizzy in your first trimester but I've been dizzy continuously for 3 days and blacked out once and numerous occasions over the last couple of days had beads of cold sweat dripping down my face and I've felt like I'm about to pass out. I just want to know if anyone else has had this and what did your doctor say...

I'm not a paranoid pregnant person I don't feel right I'm sure this is worse then just normal dizziness...

I haven't been to the doctors yet as my gp said it wasn't necessary and I'm still waiting for my first midwife appointment to come through.

Has anyone else had the same thing?
