My back!!!!!!

My back hurts so bad I'm only 9 weeks preggers. It hurts to turn I get shooting pains throughout my back in my shoulders to my hips. A year ago a doctor said I might have fibromyalgia but moved abd never found out ever since I got pregnant my back pains are escalating haven't been to the doctor yet to check about the baby at all cuz my mom says I'm not supposed to go till I'm 13 weeks unless something is wrong I know that's not true I just dislike arguing I'm really worried about my back and how week I am I don't know what to do
