How quickly were you able to fit into your normal clothes again? & did you do anything to speed up the process

I never fit in my before pregnancy clothes as my hips went out n never completely went back I was a size 5 before getting pregnant with first and after got down to a 8 and after second I was able to get back down to a 8 but never 5. U just need to workout but take it slow. Drs will tell you it takes as long to lose the weight as it did to put it on and sometimes longer. B patient. Listen to your body. Your body will tell you if your over doing it. I'm military so unfortunately always have 6 months after delivery date to pass physical fitness test and weight so I usually workout twice a day after dr clears me to workout. But I wouldn't recommend it. Just ease into it and do what you can do. Eating right is huge.

I'm two weeks post pardum and I have lost 30lbs which is almost 10 lbs less the my pre pregnancy weight but I don't fit in my pre pregnancy pants. My stomach is still sticking out and making my pants tight.

I never didn't fit into them, i never purchased I single item of maternity wear. I gained 30 lbs throughout my pregnancy and lost 20 lbs the night I had him. Lost the other 10 very quickly after. I guess my body just handled everything very well. I was very blessed.
