anyone help??

Af due today and if you have been following you know I've had cm problems my af hasn't came and I've just had some light pulling sensations in my pelvic area and I've had a tampon in for today just Incase af came and I checked and there was nothing there apart from a red bit at the bottom the tampin was fully in but I dunno why it would be at the bottom wondering if it's implantation? Anyone help?
