how soon after your baby dropped did you go into labor?
I'm 39w3d & when I woke up this morning my belly was significantly smaller/softer and I can tell that my baby dropped much lower than where she was. For the past three days I've been having period like cramps that come and go, sometimes stronger than others. At my 38w appt I was 2cm dilated & 40% effaced.
