To get this started I had done some research on vitex and how great it is on regulating your af I usually have a 28 day cycle that I count on coming every month on the 15th my cycle now is 31 days and comes when ever so at the end of my last af I decided to give vitex a try and took 3 400mg a day till the last day of ovulation and I only technically bd one time....

Now since my last day of ovulation I've been feeling overly sick to my stomach I'm usually always nasous and every now and then vomiting but never accompanied with spotting so I took a pt which I posted but it looks negative (chalked up too testing early) I was only in my 1st week of waiting soo today is my 2nd week of my two week wait and af is expected to come on the 12th.....I have not stopped feeling like a nasous sick mess yet (idk if I can handle another work week feeling like this lol) I've spotted spotted 4 days in a row but.... last night was the first night I had light pink creamy cm I put a tampon in just in case af was coming because I'm getting close to cd 28 but when I woke up this morning too brown spotting for the first time it kinda put me at lost so Im not sure what going on over here lol

Has any other the had symptoms like mine and cramping so far in their 2ww?

I don't want to test until I actually miss af so I'm feeling a lil off not knowing if I'm the only one feeling like a hot mess lol😊😊😊
