Has anyone got pregnant or had any help getting pregnant having pcos?

I got pregnant twice and I was "diagnosed" with PCOS a year ago. When I got pregnant with my 1st daughter my husband and I weren't trying to get pregnant and didn't even know I had PCOS and with our 2nd daughter we were trying to get pregnant but we were having a hard time doing so. A little back story my doctor put me on birth control pills to regulate my hormones because I would constantly bleed. A month after taking the pills I got pregnant but didn't find out until I was 3 months pregnant. When I went to the doctor for help getting pregnant a suggestion was to have me take BC pills and then stop but I found out I was pregnant at that doctor visit

I got pregnant twice recently but sadly at 4 1/2 weeks I lost it both times
