not sure where to post? modular home?

I'm looking into buying a modular or prefab home. Obviously I'll need to buy land, well and all that. Anyone on here ever bought the whole package? I'm not looking at anything fancy. I'm looking for a one store (possibly basement) ranch style home under 2000 square feet.

What's the average cost?

I know this is a long shot, but just asking :)
