Hi guys 😉 just wondering...I am on cyce day 14 and in my green week according to glow..does this mean I missed my opportunity as I had no sex for the past 4 days.Baby dust to you all👶

in your green week , your fertile right now . . so i mean you can start having sex b/c there's still a chance of conceiving .

I'd recommend trying OPKs, it's far more accurate in determining when you are ovulating than glow (glow always had my fertile week a few days earlier).  I'd also suggest checking your cervical mucus- if it's very watery  or egg white, then you're fertile and should get busy!

I'm on day 14 as well.  Mine says the 7th is the most important day to have sex.  I think you still good to go!
