how do I move on?

I was with this guy and he ended up using me for sex and he broke up with me 2 week later so tonight I decided to go on Facebook and saw that he is in a relationship and they have a child together. Like I don't know how to feel and what to do. He pretended to like  me now I'm used. Now I'm worried about how can I date again or even trust again. Also what would you do if you were me

Ooo girl that sucks so sorry to hear that, well idk if this may help cuz I haven't been through it but like the other girl said right now give yourself some loving and care. Do things to get that out of your mind cuz u don't wanna eme up depressed or non of that. And second if you wanna go ahead and talk to someone else to distract yourself from the prev guy, don't you'll only eme up hurting the other partners feelings. Third since you were sexually activte with that guy try not to do it with the next it'll only just hurt yourself. Trying having a pure and clean relationship (no sex, unless you don't want a serious relationship but either ways you'll eñe up messin with your head) and see where it goes if he stays hes worth it, if not bye bye Felicia👋
