Very confused . Please advice

I had sex today with my husband and I spotted like rose blood. My periods date is September 12. We are ttc. But I had to say that in June I had a D&C. Does that mean that my body isn't still healed, it's the beginning of period ( but my petiod are very regular even noe after the miscarriage ) it can be a possibility of implementation???? I have also a back pain. What do you think?
