Yeast Infection?!

I had a yeast infection and took Diflucan on Friday. 3 days later, it is MUCH better but I still feel slight itching and irritation on the skin. Should I take another Diflucan? or should I still wait for it to work? Thank you! Diflucan is a one time pill that kills all the yeast in your body. I took one but she gave me two just incase since I was on Antibiotics.
