What Does 'Taking a Break from Trying' Mean to You?

So after a very stressful month with multiple positive OPKs, lots of frantic, not-fun BD sessions, but no ovulation or AF, I've decided to take a break from 'trying' this next month to help alleviate some of the anxiety that this is all causing.

What I'm trying to figure out now is exactly what 'not trying' means to me - if I leave everything completely to chance, the month will be a bust before it even starts, as I likely won't ovulate on my own & my husband is so busy during the week that we don't regularly have sex frequently enough to catch ovulation even if I were to.

Up till now I've been using Provera to start my cycle, Clomid to ovulate, OPKs 2-3x a day from CD 12 on, BBT tracking, & BD with PreSeed as often as possible as the OPKs get closer to positive.

What should I cut out of this rotation to alleviate some stress but not entirely negate any chance of getting pregnant?
