how does your family feel about your name?
So my boyfriend and I are pretty set on naming our daughter Reid Emry Bostick. The other first name we like is Jayda. Those are literally the only names we can agree on and we both love them both. Reed was the middle name of his friend who passed away and I think it's so cute. Our problem is that my family absolutely hates both names and has no problem voicing it. Every time I see them they ask me if I've changed my mind, they talk down about the name, suggest other names and say they're going to pick their own name and call her what they want. Is anyone else dealing with this and what are you doing about it? I wish I never told anyone our name ideas and just waited until she was here!
& please give me honest opinions on this name I won't be offended! I want to know if it's really that bad lol.
