bumps in vagina?? help! - TMI PHOTO -

so I have these super small white bumps in my vagina and I have no idea what it is!! Not experiencing any other symptoms, they are just kinda there :/ I'm 14/yo virgin but they have been there for a year or two+ and I looked it up but all that came up was infections!! Nothing appears to be wrong but I just wanted to know what it was. If you need a photo to see what it is ask and I'll show you!

But it sounds like a yeast infection to me, bumps like that are common. But they would be accompanied with weird discharge and itching so if you don't have any other symptoms then I'm not sure.
