Help ladies

These are my opk for the past four days I have two different apps on my phone glow says my period starts tomorrow another app says it's nine more days but getting positive ovulation I'm not sure what to make up this. Been bd just in case. But not sure what app to go by.  Took a home pregnancy test just to make sure looks like there is a line but I hate blue dye test. Any suggestions ladies. ​
