Is it enough to BD only once a day everyday?

We've been BD once a day everyday for 14 days but now that I got my positive OPK should we do it more or continue with the once a day??

The quality of sperm is better every other day. Wouldn't recommend multiple times a day.

Once a day is really the max you should do it. You have to give him time to produce quality swimmers.

I didn't quite understand the wording of the poll question sorry! But yes every day or really every other day is good. Sperm need 12-48 to fully replenish in order to have the best chances for conception!
