who else is dry heaving?

I haven't had any vomiting but the past few days I've been retching/dry heaving at random things, like after walking up the four flights of stairs to my apt or smelling my hair conditioner. I'm almost 11w and was doing relatively well before this! So excited for first trimester to be over

ME ME ME ME ME ME ME MY WHOLE PREGNANCY AND IM 14 and a half weeks!!!! AHHHHHHH!!!!!!!! Ive never thrown up but im sooooo sensitive. Ive had some close calls but for some reason nothing ever comes out. After and hour or so I end up having diarrhea so I think my body sends it out the other end when I get sick :/

I havent had any morning sickness at all but did have some nausea earlier on in the pregnancy. I had my scan today and i was so so nervous i sneezed and immediately started dry gagging?! Dont know how the hell it happened!

I can't brush my teeth because I dry heave so badly. I'm down to once a day and for like 30 seconds. 😞

I guess we should consider ourselves lucky since it's less messy than vomiting? Still, I'm so glad to know I'm not alone with this! It's been a lonely and miserable few days since it started happening.
