Couldn't sleep after reading all the 7 weeks lost HB

Last night before goin to bed I've read topics here abt losing baby HB at 7 weeks and not having symptoms at all! I think I over read it and got me worried I didn't sleep good last night thinking maybe I'm having miscarriage too...now I'm so nervous I'm goin to have my 2nd check up today. I'm praying so hard everything will positive and will have our baby heart beat. Wishing positive thoughts and healthy pregnancy to you ladies!
