Pregnancy Risk Percentage Question

Hi ladies, I'm at the end of my fertile week and the colour code is red and it says

"8% high risk" I'm very new to this but confused. If I'm just out of my fertile week wouldn't it be more than 8%?? And if there was only 8% risk of pregnancy why would it say 'high risk'??

Hope that makes sense lol
