battling my babys dad in court 4the first time does anyone know what might happen?

Okay long story short im going to court to fight my baby daddy for my 3 month old he accused me of doing drugs which i had to get a hair follicle test of course i came out clean no drugs, okay so in 2 days i would be going to my first court  does anyone know what might happen? If they will actually talk to me?
(Ive seen in movies were the first court date they dont do shit n no one really talks , so in my mind i think that will happen till the 2nd or 3 court) but right now he has my baby girl n havent been allowed to see her in over a month , so plz anyone going through this? Whats going to happen?!

Also get a amazing experienced lawyer because if youve lost custody once its easier after that to do it again especially if cps was involved. In court dress up not going out look but more business look. Also dont speak out of turn and if you have a good lawyer do everything through them. You can show your emotional but do not try to grab your child or say anything out of way to the dad. Maybe see if your lawyer can request cps supervised visits by court order until a decision is made.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news but it could be a long process. My husbands ex abandoned their son at 6 weeks and my husbands parents were determined to raise him so they kept calling social services with all kinds of lies and had him temp placed with them every time. They brought his abusive druggie ex back to fight in court when he was 8 months old and even though everything was lies he was still passed between 2 grandparents houses and the ex until he was 13 months old after never being away from his dad and not being away from me since 7 weeks. The first court date his own lawyer told him to give up custody to avoid child support and social services only alloud us 2 hours at their office a week the last 6 weeks he was out of our care. Before that it was up to who had him and his parents wouldnt let us around after the first few weeks because my husband wouldnt agree they did the right thing. I dont mean to discurrage you but it could be a long hard road depending on where social services feel baby is best. Hopefully the truth will win out in the end. Also if there is any chance hes not the dad do dna. Likely you are right and the first court date wont be much but setting another date and maybe making a temp custody order. We had 6 or 8 court dates in 5 months.

He is 45 w 7 kids (ididnt Know that) im 24 2 kids i had a cps case with my son (hes almost 8yrs old) ((the cps case w him has been closed over 5yrs but i did do drugs bak then so my parents just took custody of him) but this time im older not stupid n i am wiser n learned my lesson i am Not on drugs n i will fight for my 3 month old daughter but he tries to use that(my previous case w cps against me n it scares me)! He knows how to manipulate me! But he has been through this cps stuff too but i dnt think it was for drugs,..... He also has his own business so im scared they will let him have the baby cuz he makes more money then me, i just got me a job but ppl r lookin for him for cashing fake checks or somethin like that n he doesnt claim everything cuz he gets paid cash for most of the jobs oh he already has a girl living with him n she claiming my daughter is hers but me i dont have a bf (me n him just broke up a month n hald ago) n she been livin w him since i left 
But i do go out n drink beer thats it no drugs or anyhing else

But okay hes sum more info about him! Can anyone help me Please! I miss my daughter I'm going fukin crazy with out her! Anyone tell me how this might go! How do i act in court!?
