FMU quality: insomnia & frequent pee?
What's the best way to FRER test when I can't sleep longer than 2-3 hours at a time and have to pee at least every 1-3 hours?
I'm worried my FMU is too weak to test accurately due to the frequent urination and insomnia.
The frequent urination urge only started last week, so I'm hoping it's a sign and not just a pain in my testing schedule.
