scared

So me and my boyfriend have been trying to conceive but no luck. Ever since I started my period at 13 I've been irregular. I recently just started becoming regular last year when we met. We've been trying for like 6 months but everytime I took a test it was a bfn...but for the past two weeks I've been feeling weird...I can't keep anything down im out of breathe a lot and Af is 1 week and a half late...I took a test on Friday and it still said negative but this morning I saw some spotting but it stopped...so am I finally pregnant or is it just my mind going crazy??
