10 year gap between 1st child and 2nd baby on board!

I recently found out that I am almost 5 weeks pregnant with our second child and our son will almost be 10! We're over the moon but I feel like I've forgotten everything about babies although this was a planned baby I now feel worried about the prospect of having two children and going back to the baby stage! I'm sure I'll be fine as I have the support of my partner and family. Is anybody in a similar situation or had experience of this??
