Possible Endometriosis?

Hi all! I'm 7 dpo and af is expected on 9/10. My average cycle is 23 days. This is our third cycle trying for baby #3. I had mirena for the last 5 years (had it removed after year 2, then inserted again a few months later, and removed finally 3 months ago). I have had ovarian cysts that began about 8 months ago. I've never had "bad" periods until now. During my periods, I have a lot of pain and heavy periods, and a lot of pain during ovulation and during sex. To the point of almost tears. I also have diarrhea during my period. I'm wondering if I could possibly have endo... I happened to see something that caught my attention, and did a quick google search, and it appears I have many symptoms. I'm not sure if I should make an appt, or what the doc could do to determine if I do have it? Anyone have experience with this? Thanks for any advice or suggestions!
