Chlamydia, yeast, UTI? Help!!!??

I'm halfway through my pregnancy and so far I've had what I've assumed is the normal discharge expected while pregnant. But starting yesterday my discharge was way more than normal. I constantly feel wet? I also pee A LOT which I assume is from being pregnant but I will think I have to go but only a few dribbles come out sometimes. And today my vagina feels kind of raw, irritated and itchy...

Could this be an STI like chlamydia. I'm only sexually active with my baby daddy no one else. Or is this the yeast infection I hear women get a lot during pregnancy. Maybe UTI!? I go to my doctor next week so I'm waiting it out but I'm super worried I somehow have an std or that a yeast infection is somehow hurting baby?? I just want to know if this is something I need to be so panicked about :(

If the discharge is like cottage cheese and is very itchy is yeast infection

If it feels raw, it's most likely a yeast infection. I would call your OB and have them make sure

Sounds like a UTI. But that doesn't mean you don't need a doctor. A uti can turn into a kidney infection which can hurt the baby and land you in the hospital (happened to me at 13 weeks) 
Whatever it is, a doctor will give you some meds and take them ALL. Not just until the symptoms stop. Take all that they give you or that the bottle says too. You'll be just fine!

I don't know what you have for sure but I can tell you a UTI or yeast infection is practically harmless to baby unless it goes untreated for a very long time. Ask your OB if you're seeing them soon but if not i would make an appointment with your primary care doctor or go to an urgent care center. :) as long as you get it taken care of soon you should be fine.
